During the academic year, normal clinical service hours are 9am-5pm, Monday through Friday.
TELUS Health is an additional support service for our students providing 24-7 mental health care as well as telehealth short term therapy. The 24-7 is best for when you need to talk to someone and it is not during normal business hours.

Depending on the circumstances, the CARE Team may bring together additional resources (faculty, housing, student-employment, health services, etc) to fully address the issue. To ensure the quickest response, contact Public Safety Dispatch at 719-255-3111 to inform the CARE Team of a situation. They will then contact a member of the team. However, you may contact any member of the team.
