During the Spring 2021 semester, the Office of the Dean of Students will be conducting business remotely as well as in-person. However, in-person meetings will be by appointment only. To schedule an appointment, you may call 719-255-3091. You can also communicate with our office by sending an email to dos@uccs.edu or email a specific staff member using the contact information on our home page. The office will continue to provide resources through our CARE Team, respond to Student Code of Conduct matters, and be available for student questions or concerns. We want to thank you in advance for your patience and understanding during this time.

We strive to provide a safe, respectful, and supportive campus community. We serve as a resource and advocate for students, and we can offer assistance when they do not know where to turn.

The Dean of Students Office has three primary functions: to administer the Student Code of Conduct, to support students in crisis through the CARE Team, and to promote student growth and development through educational and prevention programming.

About our mission:

The mission of the Office of the Dean of Students is to establish an ethic of care at the University of Colorado Colorado Springs, through preventative, behavioral, and accountability practices.

The Office of the Dean of Students values are: civic responsibility, education and development of all students, respect, a socially just community, responsibility, fairness, honesty, and integrity.
